About Me

I am a Certified Financial Planner....you are on the right site.  What I have noticed when collaborating and developing retirement plans is that people have money,but have lost their health. They no longer have the ability to go anywhere or do anything with their money. Then, in 2023, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and began treatment in April 2023.  I was told the only thing I could do to help was eat healthier and be physically active and fit. What I have discovered is I feel great and am healthy.  I don't starve myself and I am not in the gym 2 hours a day.  I created good habits that I enjoy and do it consistently. It has become a healthy obsession, specifcially, after being introduced to training with the steel mace and steel clubs. The workouts can be short and they are way more fun than your typical barbell and dumbbell exercises. The best part is the equipment is inexpensive and you can train anywhere. My focus is on being consistently healthy, strong, and mobile. It's not about a 6 pack or getting ready for summer.  It's about consistently training for a healthy heart,  mobility, and functional strength for as long as possible.  Having strength, mobility, and great posture in your later years is attainable.
